1. Payment Terms

All services provided by Encloud, including website hosting, domain registration, and maintenance, are billed in advance.

Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and approved digital wallets.

For recurring services, customers will be billed automatically based on the selected billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, or annually).
2. Invoices

Invoices are generated and sent via email upon successful payment or at the start of a new billing cycle.

All invoices will contain a breakdown of the services rendered, applicable taxes, and the billing period.
3. Late Payments

Payments not received within the due date may result in service suspension.

A grace period of 7 days is provided before suspension. Accounts will be reactivated upon full payment of the outstanding balance.
4. Refunds

Domain registration fees are non-refundable once processed.

Hosting services are eligible for a refund within the first 15 days of the initial purchase, subject to our refund policy terms.

No refunds are applicable on renewals, upgrades, or custom services after the cooling-off period.
5. Cancellations

You may cancel services anytime through your Encloud account dashboard or by contacting our support team.

Services cancelled mid-cycle will not be refunded unless under our refund policy terms.
