To avoid automatic renewal charges, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing date.
1.2 Domain Registrations

Domain name registrations and renewals cannot be cancelled once processed, as they are fulfilled through third-party registrars and are considered final.
1.3 Custom Services

For website design, development, and consulting services, cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Charges may apply depending on the stage of work completed.
2. Refunds
2.1 Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 15-day money-back guarantee on new hosting accounts.

If you are not satisfied with our hosting service within the first 15 days, you may request a full refund.
2.2 Non-Refundable Services
