New hosting accounts are eligible for a full refund if cancelled within 15 days of the original purchase date.

1.2 Domain Registration & SSL Certificates

All domain name registrations, renewals, and SSL certificates are non-refundable once processed, as these services are purchased from third-party providers and are non-reversible.
1.3 Custom Development, Design & Consultation

Fees for custom services like website design, software development, and consulting are non-refundable once the work has commenced or deliverables have been shared.

In certain cases, a partial refund may be considered, depending on the stage of completion and scope of the work.
1.4 Renewals and Upgrades

Renewal payments and account upgrades are non-refundable.

It is the customer’s responsibility to cancel services before the renewal date if they do not wish to continue.
2. Return Policy
As Encloud provides digital services, there are no physical products to be returned. Therefore, a standard return policy does not apply. However:
